    Asset Management Services: We have the capabilities to provide financial management services and executive-level investment management services, including due diligence, financial submission packages, investor communications, internal investment analysis, and portfolio management.
    Property Management: We prepare annual fiscal and operating plans for each property under management. Our team understands the property owner's goals and objectives and operates as an extension of the property owner to accomplish those objectives. We have invested in state-of-the-art computer technology and operate at the leading edge of current real estate management services technology and supervisory techniques.
    Leasing Services: Recommendations will be made for the most effective leasing strategies for each property under management. In some cases, The Windsor Management Company will be in a position to effectively provide full leasing representation services for a project. In other cases, we may work with a particular agent or firm that should be selected in accordance with the project's requirements.
    Development/Construction Management: Services available include full development of a project from land planning to finished product, and include feasibility analysis, assembling the development team, presentation of the project for approvals, and management of the construction process. Efficient and economically effective management of tenant improvement projects is one of our areas of specific expertise.
    Facilities Management: The Windsor Management Company provides physical plant operations and staffing for maintenance operations for corporate clients.
